Thirteen years after the three-week training was halted due to Boko Haram attacks, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation exercise is set to resume in Borno State.
On Tuesday, the NYSC announced a venue change on Twitter to inform potential corps members assigned to the state’s second stream of the Batch “B” orientation course.”All Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) deployed to Borno are to reprint their Call-up letters from the NYSC portal,” the statement said.
The start date of the orientation course has also been moved to August 18, 2023. The reporting deadlines for all impacted PCMs are indicated on their call-up letters.
