- Must Nigerian
- Current study bachelor education or related to education in Nigeria tertiary institution
- Must be a full-time student

Every candidate that applies for a Federal Government Bursary Scholarship should benefit. Every semester depends on your level of education
- University students will earn 75,000 per semester with 150,000 in a year
- College of education students will earn 50,000 per semester with is 100, 000 in a year
