BUA Recuitment Requirement
- Degree in human resources management or a closely connected discipline, at a minimum
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR practice experience
- A professional certification will be helpful.
- Proven job history as an officer, deputy or assistant manager, or human resources manager
- both people- and results-focused
- Experience with human resources metrics that can be shown
- understanding of databases and HR systems
- Excellent negotiation, presenting, and active listening abilities
